Many complementary and integrative health practitioners believe that practicing yoga helps to strengthen the body and its ability to handle stressful situations.
Our Wellness Programs feature yoga classes designed for all family members to participate.
Whole Family Yoga Class
All levels of students are welcome in Poppy Life Care’s yoga programs – you don’t have to be an expert, nor should you shy away because you don’t know anything about yoga.
These classes are offered every Saturday.
Mindfulness & Movement for Children
Mindfulness helps to develop important thinking strategies and coping tools. This class allows students to recognize feelings and sensations, and understand the choices available for responding.
These classes are offered twice a month.
