Mindfulness Coaching with Dr. Todd
Anjanette Todd grew up in Florida and currently lives in El Paso, Texas. She has been meditating for over 10 years and is trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through Brown University. She has her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Counseling. Most importantly, Anjanette is dedicated to helping empower others as she believes that we all have the innate capacity to experience well-being, even in the midst of difficult situations. Her mission is to help people heal through challenging and stressful times in order to live a more meaningful and present life and hopes to infuse this energy into her work as a mindfulness practitioner at Poppy Life Care.
