Spicy Yogurt Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 8 skinless chicken drumsticks 1 ½ lbs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric

Instructions
 

  • With a sharp knife, make a few slashes in each drumstick. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, season to taste. Add the drumsticks, rubbing the mixture well into the meat. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the drumsticks from the marinade, shaking off the excess. Cook them on a grill pan or barbecue for 20-25 mins, turning occasionally, until cooked through. NOTE: Alternately, you can preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and bake the drumsticks for 30 mins until cooked through.
