Influenced by her own childhood and family experiences, Poppy Life Care Founder Erica Solis understood the impact that different levels of spectrum disorders alongside anxiety and depression has on a family. In 2018, discouraged by the lack of information, resources, mental and emotional support available, Poppy Life Care was born.
Through research and intuitive healing, the organization was built with the purpose of ensuring families and children had access to holistic practices such as yoga, music therapy, behavioral therapy, nutritional education and more, ultimately weaving them together to create interdisciplinary programs that support the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual components of a person and a family.
Currently Poppy Life Care is partnered with Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, California, offering free yoga classes to families living with autism, ADHD, anxiety and depression.
